Guiding your path towards becoming an inspiring and successful educator
Being an educator is a demanding profession and without the proper support it can be overwhelming. With over 20+ years of experience as a classroom teacher, curriculum developer, administrator, and mentor in the elementary and middle school setting, I understand implicitly how a mentor can make a positive difference in an educator's growth and development.
My education and experience has provided me with the opportunity to develop and implement positive mentoring programs for assistant and head teachers, as well as administrators. Together, a program can be developed to provide the opportunity to share their thoughts within a trustworthy mentor-to-mentee relationship while honing their skills towards becoming a successful educator.
